Research Examples
I design for outcome and this starts with having clarity about the project and its goals. To know these, I research and ask a lot of questions. People have good insights to share that are very useful to improving products. So:
- I facilitate small (1) to large (~200) groups of people for feedback sessions and interviews.
- do market research
- in the wild talk to target users (or possible users)
- gather all the data and use the insight to create better interfaces, user experience, and product/service as a whole
Then I create documents like personas and workflows from doing research.
